Local Writer's meeting

Living in Southern Oregon I don't have much opportunity to meet with other writers. In fact, when I first moved to Oregon three years ago, I knew of no other writers--at least within the ACFW organization. But things have changed. I've gotten to know the area and local writers, and ACFW membership has grown in Southern Oregon.

The above picture starting from the left: (me, Bonnie Leon, Lori Benton, Anne Shorey, Lorena Mccourtney and Lynn Ludwick). All are published except for one, and at least four of us are published novelists. Some had to miss the meeting because of illness or other reasons, but I can tell you it was great fun to get with these writers. We ate lunch and talked for THREE hours! After all, who can understand us better than another writer.

Blessings!
Beth

And we had a blast! I'm so glad you got us organized, Beth. It's been fun and I look forward to what God has in store for us, individually and as a group.

Hi Beth.

I'm with Lori--Thank you! I'm so glad you stepped up and started this "chapter". It's always fun and helpful to gab with other writers. I has so much fun.

Blessings to you,

Bonnie
